Seth was the Program Manager for the enterprise through his hard work during his time here and still continued to do it. He is no longer at the enterprise since he graduated Fall 2024 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Electrical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering.

Kyle Bruursema

Kyle Bruursema is a 3rd-year Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Major. Kyle joined the enterprise in the Fall of 2020. In the spring of 2021, he was briefly the Systems Engineer of the ADC subteam before accepting the role of Chief Engineer. Kyle enjoys exercise and gaming as his primary forms of destressing and relaxation. After graduation he seeks to find a position in the Aerospace Industry and to preferably reach space himself.

Dalton Headley

Dalton Headley is a 5th-year Electrical and Computer Engineering Major. Dalton joined the enterprise in the Spring 2022. Dalton was briefly the TT&C Systems Engineer, before rising to the Lead Systems Engineer position and subsequently the Chief Engineer position. After graduation he seeks a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from MTU.

Ethan Smythe

Ethan is a 3rd Year Mechanical Engineering student with a minor in aerospace engineering. He has interned at MacDermid Enthone over the summer. He enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and videogames. He plans to graduate in Spring 2023 and will be pursuing a career in the aerospace industry .

Collin Uchida

Collin is a 3rd year Electrical Engineering student. He transferred from the Metro-Detroit area. His interest in the aerospace began when he was young, and he has wanted to work in the field ever since. In his free time, he enjoys running and playing guitar. Collin hopes to work in the aerospace industry after graduation.

Kris is an Electrical and Computer Engineering student who has worked on enterprise for the past 4 years. In his time on enterprise he was the systems engineer and team lead for A-PYL. Currently he is graduating this semester and plans on working at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as a nuclear controls engineer

Jacob is a 4th year at Michigan Tech. He is the first Chief Engineer in charge of the Stratus Mission. He has since graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Aerospace Engineering.

William Blacketor

William is a 4th year at Michigan Tech, and is pursing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was the Senior Chief Engineer. He was mainly in charge of the Stratus Mission. He is currently no longer in the enterprise, but he still wants a future career in the aerospace industry.

Matthew Carey

Matthew is a 4th year undergraduate pursuing a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He joined the enterprise during his sophomore year and later transitioned to the role of lead systems engineer. He loves hiking, snowboarding, climbing, and exploring the Keweenaw. After graduation, Matthew plans to find a full-time position within the aerospace and defense industry.

Steven Braggs

Steven is U.S. Navy veteran and Computer Science student, he brings a strong background in cybersecurity, software development, and systems engineering. His experience includes network defense, automation, and leading technical teams in high-stakes environments. In the Aerospace Enterprise, Steven contributes to the development and integration of software solutions for aerospace systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency in mission-critical applications.

Evan Melucci
Team Leader elmelucc@mtu.edu Evan is a 3rd year Eletrical Engineering student. In his free time, he enjoys ice hockey, photography, and video games. He has previously interned at TE Connectivity, and, after he graduates, he plans to work in the aerospace or consumer electronics industry.
